On 2002-2004 models, the fuse panel is located on the front frame member underneath the front fender cover.
The center cover under the front rack is removed to gain access to the fuse panel as well as the radiator.
I find it easier to unplug the headlights and remove the front rack for this.

Not much info here. It's a connection through a relay from the battery. Check at all interchange points for 12-V to see what is not working.

FROM THE WEB>>> Code 27 is "TPS SET ERROR"..take it to the dealer. Throttle Position Sensor reading is off...the newer models check the TPS reading at a startup..and set that as a baseline...if the reading is outside the normal range it throws the code. Try not to touch the gas pedal when starting.

Contamination of the spark plugs could be engine oil passing the piston rings or valve guides or excess fuel or fuel being delivered in droplets that are too large to burn efficiently.

Close inspection of the fouled plugs should provide clues to the type of fouling. If there are no obvious faults perhaps using a hotter grade of plug will cure the problem.

Bad starter, replaced one on my grand sons not long ago, battery was weak, got it charged, still would not start, took starter off,it was locked up,they ordered one from Ebay,I installed, started right up,here's a site for a new starter, you can take off and take to Autozone to test to make sure. Also check the cable that goes from starter to the other connection.https://www.ebay.com/itm/STARTER-FOR-POLARIS-MAGNUM-425-4X4-2X4-1995-1996-1997-1998/262663578665?epid=8008132122&hash=item3d27f82429:rk:1:pf:0
