bank 2 sensor 1 is passanger side and first sensor on the exhaust. i dont know exactly where it is but from the exhaust manifold follow it down until there is a sensor drilled into your exhaust that is your oxygen sensor. then you go rent a tool specially made just for pulling that part out. Or you can take a wrench and try to pull it first but make sure your engine is warm so it is easier to remove. Once the exhaust cools it is so much harder to remove. If you cant get it with the wrench make sure to rent the tool from like autozone. sometimes there easy sometimes a little difficult. good luck also if it comes out easy id say its about a 5-7 minute job.

Electrical charging system is sub-minimum. Probably battery is giving out, but can be other causes. Check battery electrolyte level if applicable, clean battery terminal connects if needed.

Most auto parts stores that sell batts will check charging system (no fee). Quality of service varies.
