This car is ten years old I didn't know the mileage. The codes mine something. there is something wrong.

Disconnect one battery lead and measure parasitic current draw with DVM set to 10amp range and test leads connected in series with disconnected battery cable and battery post. With ignition in the off position and vehicle doors closed. Remove fueses one at time to isolate circuit which is drawing current from battery.

You need to replace the rear latch assembly it sounds like the switch inside latch is going bad.

spray the latch down with starting fluid to remove grease then spray it with silicone to lubricate as grease will bid up lock lever worked for me

That is normal operation, as long as the door is open the door ajar switch senses that and keeps the interior light(s) on.

Blowers usually run on a 20 or 25 amp fuse..There are also resistors that could be bad if the fuse is not blown and the blower won't work on all speeds. I don't know exactly where the fuse is but the fuse box door usually has a diagram on the inside showing what fuses operate everything..The resistors could be located on the firewall in the engine compartment or somewhere on the heater housing..Check fuses first..

You don't need to replace them all. You have two types. J type is square with a clear cover. It looks like two shiny balls(solder joints) on wire. If the joints aren't shiny, replace them first. The others are M type. These are opaque, see threw. You'll have to pull them to see is the wire is broken. Best is if you say what is happening to the vehicle and codes are really helpful. Your fuse panel is a computer also. I have replace quite a few of them in Chrysler products.
