I would take it back to the people that installed the viper system. They should have bypassed the manufacturers system. Which you really can't do. But the new system will override and send the needed signals to operate the car.

You really need to know what you are doing if doing this , as wires were cut to your starter and to your coil and to the radio when it was fitted you can damage your ECU if you get it wrong .it would be better to get a provisional to do this.doing it yourself is a bad idea if you are not sure how to do this.

99 5 speed nissan has a viper alarm system that thinks its being stolen can't figure out how to bypass it. car wants to turn over but wont get any sparks which i believe is caused by the alarm system

The common viper alarm systems do not interfere with the spark in a vehicle. They only stop the starter from cranking. Something else is stopping the spark, like a bad cam or crank sensor.

When i start the car the alarm when on and the car wont start

Aftermarket alarm, look for the small button under the dash or hiding under the steering area press and hold it then crank and start the vehicle. If you cant find it be prepared to just remove the alarm system you will need to go under the dash at the ignition starter signal and remove the alarm starter relay and restore it to its original way. depending and the manufacture of the alarm these alarm that where installed for Toyota are a headache and fails all the time

You should be able to take it to the dealer and have them disable the VTSS. Look for about an hour labor to do this.

I have an aftermarket Ford remote start on my 2005 Ford Sport Trac. I tried to start with my truck with the key in the ignition, I would hear clicks and then the alarm would go off. I have tried to reset...

First thing is to identify the alarm system, I.E.- who made it and what model it is? (like Viper, Automate, etc...)
Contact the aftermarket alarm manufacturer or the person that installed the alarm (if you had/know who installed the alarm system). Most major system have a phone number and a list of qualified installers for their systems. They will be able to direct you to a shop that can service the system. If your vehicle won't start, you may have to have it towed to the location to diagnose and correct the problem.

Van won't start after thunderstorm set off viper alarm system

Not saying this is your solution. I would do the simple thing first. Disconnect the battery for 5 to 10 minutes and see if it allows the alarm to reset. If not call your local car alarm installer. Maybe Best Buy. These companies will more than likely help you out
