When it is low to the first mark you need one US quart. The engine requires 5W-30W oil.

No job stated, my guess, just the if low what do I do?

transmission. (wild guess, on target object )
quesitons:
what kind of ATF is used?, what automatic transmission fluid.
answer:
Dexron 6 , (is the upgrade from 3, use 6)
Do not add A/T fluid like the engine, or axles,!!
read the operators guide, its done only on hot running engine,
read it first, do not overfull the box. or it will foam up and damage will happen, (this reason is why the removed the dip sticks on A/t now) not RTM reading the manual first.

the 1.8 is J18 engine, the precursor to the J20. (later stroked out)

here is a suzuki page. on method....

SOURCE: Suzuki Baleno (esteem) 1999. Engine Idle RPM not stable

you probably need to check the butterfly. its the compinent that controls how much air goes into the engine if it is weared than in idle state air leaks into the engine sometime more sometimes less and cause fluctuations in rpm

secondly there is a rpm switch which controls the rpm you can replace that switch and check

SOURCE: 1999 suzuki esteem fuel filter location

This is a Baleno in our market (Australia) and the G16B 1.6 EFI SOHC 16v has the fuel filter bolted to the firewall in the engine bay. This fuel system will be under pressure even after the engine has been off for a long period of time.

SOURCE: what kind transmission fluid for 2001 suzuki

This does depend to a degree on area of use (ie cold or hot) and is always specified in the Owner's Operation Manual in the glove box. Having said that, if it's an auto, then DEXRON-IIE or DEXRON-III is recommended, or in a manual, API GL-4, 75W-90 manual transaxle oil is recommended in my market - Australia.

I need to know where a cam shaft sensor goes in a 1999 Suzuki Esteem 1. 8 4 door stick show me diagrams

not true, Huseyin.! at all.
OP: (original poster)
J18 engine. FWD. application. USA setup
with COP coils x4 (DIS ignition?)
our Esteems started in 1999....
other countries have them too, but use totally different spark (distributor) and Im not answering for THAT, only USA EPA spec. engines.
some othere countries, has a Mazda. 1.8L BP.
answering for J18 only.
the J18 is an understoked, J20. (early engine)
good to know for parts swaps !

OP backup and read your first post.on same topic.
the answer is there, too.
facing engine, crank pulley on left
see that head, see the front cam,
this cam has the CMP drive (left side,) or right facing engine) the cam drives it directly.
so... is just there.

why? not scan the PCM and see if you have P0340 errors = CMP misfiring..... (even 1 in 10)
and the prev. post has the real diagram....
cmp mount is here.

http://www.fixkick.com/engine/20Liter/html/image_21.html

see it?

the part is also shown at the online suzuki parts pages.

Scan it, get this ???????

1999 suzuki esteen crankshaft sensor location and replacement

I'm guessing you have a 1.8 liter engine. Below is a picture of its location. As far as replacing it, the transmission as well as rge flywheel or driveplate needs to be removed in order to get at it to replace it. Not just a simple replacement of a sensor. Hope this helps.....

98 Suzuki esteem no acceleration when putting in drive.

This could be an indication that you are either low on automatic transmission fluid or your transmission is slipping. Check your fluid level before driving it again. Continually driving with low (or bad burned fluid) will damage your transmission.

Is valve adjustment a part of normal maitenance on Suzuki Esteem

When you hear some tapping, that's why you need -valve adjustments. At 137,000miles you probably need more than that to continue your trouble-free drives.
