They both should be the small chevy bolt pattern. Take a tape measure and measure across the lug nuts at a diagonal center to center on both. If they're the same, it will work.

Call an aftermarket wheel shop that sells rims. They will know but seem interested in there product for the free advice. Tell them you own a Astro Van of the same year also for I think the wheels are the same

no they gave you wrong bolt pattern . dont matter 13,14,15,16 long as bolt pattern rigth . measure bolt pattern .on 5 lug measure from one stud to the one across from it . maybe 5 inch or 5 1/4 bolt pattern. trucks wheels are differnt than car pattern.
