Hi There
Well it's bets to change it every 3000 miles. or every 2 months. It keeps slug to build up in your car. here's another tip for you change your radiator fluid once a year to keep it clean. hope this gets you in the right direction.
Best Regards Richard

Your tl has a maintence minder light which comes on in your dash when the oil is due to be changed..the car takes many things in account for such as driving habbets, if you go on long or short runs etc... but honda/acura as a rule of thumb say that service is reconended every 8000 km or 5000 miles

ACURA TL SERVICE DUE SOON B1

It's a service interval reminder light that you should take your car to acura and have them perform the "b1" service. I would ask for an estimate first, and ask what that service includes. You may be surprised to find necessary and unecessary services. Some people view the b1 light as a way for Acura to get you car in there, quite possibly be charged for things you could probably do yourself.

What brand motor oil goes in my 2004 acura tl and can I buy it fom the honda dealer?

your tl should take 5w20 and yes you should be able to buy honda brand oil as it is basically the same as acura brand exsept for the product numbers on the bottle..which has nothing to do with the oil its self.

ACURA TL 2007 HEAVY NOISE IN THE ENGINE FOR 4 5

There are two mechanical noises you will hear from an engine, lifter noise, wrist pin slap, and rod bearing noise. The only one that will go away, if at all, with engine warm-up, is lifter noise. All assuming of course, the noise is coming from the engine, and not any of the externally mounted accessories.
Have the oil changed, and continue to change every 2000-3000 miles with a good quality oil, maybe the lifter will clear itself. If it does, maintain the oil changes for the next few changes to assure it is cleaning out.
You might also try adding 1-2 pints Berrymen's Chemtool to the oil 200-300 miles before you plan to change the oil.
