It sounds like you put air into it instead of freon; however, a good rule of thumb, is use a temperature gauge and put it into the air duck. Place the A/C on high and get it to cool around 37-40. That will most likely be enough.

2000 Kia Sportage Fuse Problem.


a wire has wore through somewhere perhaps where t goes through a fender panel a 30 amp fuse is huge so you have a dead short. look front fenders grab wires look for where they may be rubbing from vibration while driving {sharp edge of opening] should be easie to find from a burn mark. dont keep replaceing fuse untill you find the burn spot.[short]

Hi there, My book says for your 2000 Sportage the engine oil should be 10w-30 mineral oil.
For this year Sportage its the same oil for petrol or diesel.

hi i presume no engine codes have poped up if so retify this first if not you need to tune your engine to see if this makes any differance if not test the fuel pressure at fuel rail if that is sound test the fuel regulator to see if it stuck open check all vacuum hoses if everything is ok check the distrubuter and cap rotor etc and the internal working have not come loose if everything checks out you need to see if there is any blockage in the exhaust system includer your header is not carboned up yates210456

Rough and noisy idle


i have a 2000 kia sportage the timing belt broke and the 2.0 is a zero clearance motor.you need to find out if it bent the valves.it did in mine.
