could be simple to difficult. if you can see the plug then just remove plug wire and remove the spark plug with the correct tool...counter clockwise. Check the gap on new plug and wipe a little anti sieze on it and screw in new plug...clockwise. torque to specs.

It might have a primary and a secondary pumping system( 2 pumps)
One would lift the fuel and the second pump pushes the fuel, from the tank.

Other note, disconnect the fuel line up by the motor, add fuel to the line so it goes back to the tank, that should prime the pump for fuel delivery.

Might need a seringe or small funnel to add fuel.

It’s most likely a tire but a wheel bearing will hum as well rub your hand across the face of each tire to see if one feels different if they’re all the same you may need to find a good shop to check wheel bearings and suspension I hope this helps, Take care.

93... It takes lke a 6 gallon tank in my area its 2.90 for 93 so its like 13 bucks to fill up, .... The octane is not what makes race fuel make power. .... I realize it's a little different with 600's and know many people that run them on 87 ... Fuel Octane?

Oil changes should be properly done by mileage to what is recommended by the maker. Irrespective, certainly every 12 months. Also change the filter. If you vehicle does a lot of mileage, check the colour of the oil on the dipstick. If it is black, it needs changing.
