Is this a Fuji camera?
Check to make sure you have not set an aperture correction override. (Exposure compensation setting) Also check the metering mode or Exposure mode. You may also have the sensitivity set incorrectly. If this is the Fuji XT20 there are three exposure sensitivities setting it too high will cause this problem I expect.

How do I reset my camera? To reset the camera, you will need to carry out the following:
  1. Set the mode dial to P.
  2. Press the menu/set button.
  3. Select the setup option.
  4. Scroll through the setup listings until you get to 'reset'.
  5. Select the reset option to reset your camera.
Once the camera has reset, you will need to turn it off and back on again. You will then be prompted to set the date and time.

This does not appear to be a camera. Posting in a more appropriate forum may garner you more assistance.

Probably - check the battery spec in the manual, then look on Ebay or any other such site for one meeting these criteria. If you mean can you get one from Fixya - NO. We do not sell spares, or equipment of any kind, I'm afraid.

First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
