Its always a good idea to open it up and look for accumulated dust on the lens. make sure to note where each screw goes, and such.
If you see dust on the lense you can brush it off with a soft brush, and give it a damp wipe.
If that didn't do anything then the lens mechanism could use a cleaning and oiling, but dont go any further if you're not confident that you know what you're doing, and don't take things apart to a degree where you're not positive that you'll remember where everything goes. I had a "no disc" error recently that was fixed by taking the lens mechanism apart cleaning and oiling it, and putting it back together.
It could also be a problem with the motor.

Hi Amit Sharma, try replacing the two fuses that don't work
Replace them with fuses OF THE SAME VALUE, if you put more amperage, you run the risk of damaging your Panasonic Plasma TV TH42PZ700U
If you do not respond, look for a specialized technical service
Greetings Franco Dosil

The question is ambiguous from the standpoint of signal strength or television settings. If the signal strength drops the television wont do anything till it drops below a point that it pixelates. Then you will see big squares with blotches of color and the picture appears jerky. If that is not present, it is a good thing. The television settings are a matter of personal taste.
