Hello Sammy, thank you for your post!
I understand that the filter inside of your Frigidaire refrigerator pops out when you push in on the dispenser. This could be an issue with the filter. I would suggest reinstalling the filter and assuring that you can hear a connection within the housing. If the filter is not connected properly once water has pushed through it will dislodge from the housing. The housing could also be causing an issue within the connection. Is your filter a new filter? You may need to change it for the gaskets to be new. If you continue to experience issues I would recommend seeking help with a professional technician for a proper diagnosis to be completed. This will help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Hey Michael, thank you for your post!
Based off what you have described your Frigidaire refrigerator drain pipe is plugged up. You can clear out any clog within your drain by performing a manual defrost. In order to defrost your refrigerator you would need to disconnect power from it for at least one hour. If this does not help your issue I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional technician. I hope that this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Hi, they can be repaired with a plastic solvent glue usually comes in tubes. Make sure the tray is dry and at room temperature before putting the glue on. It should slightly melt the plastic and fuse it together. I would put another coat of glue on once the first coat is dry.

Push the trim length wise, eg. place palms on upper trim, push down against trim and up, if forced it may crack so try it in lightly 1st. Just move it enough too tighten the door screws.

There is some truth to it. Refrigerant needs to flow from high pressure to low pressure, and refrigerant pressure is directly proportional to temperature. Once the temperature drops below 40*F, for the outdoor coil, refrigeration efficiency is lost. Some heatpump units need auxiliary heat because.
Cold refrigerant condenses, into a liquid, and a compressor will not compress liquid, why its valves and internals would chatter into pieces. There is such thing as compressor crank case heaters, or belly band heaters. A heater removes, evaporates liquid refrigerant from within a compressor, it is protection.

I would get a compressor heater, wraps around the compressor belly, near 50 watts, and can use a relay to switch off the heater when the compressor runs, or let the heater work continuously.

I DON'T KNOW. PERHAPS MOVING ARM UP AND DOWN A FEW TIMES - THEN UP AGAIN MIGHT
RESET CLICKER. IF NOT, TRY UNPLUGGING AT WALL AND MOVING ARM AGAIN.

The LED above the Ice Off icon should be lit when the icemaker is disabled. It should be off when you want ice from the icemaker. To toggle the setting, press and hold the Ice Off touch pad for 3+ seconds. This is shown in the manual for the FPHF2399MF2 on page 14. Sears Parts Direct has the manual here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/manual/234cu4elin-001428/frigidaire-fphf2399mf2-bottom-mount-refrigerator .

I hope this helps.

You are right! That is the most likely cause of the problem you described.

If new and under warranty contact supplier. If you attempt to fix while under warranty and cause further faults then you may void warranty.

It sounds like your ice machine is not getting enough water flow.

I would say that either the filter has split or the seal where it screws into the housing has failed. I would try a new filter and seal.

There are a number of reasons why this might be happening. You bets bet if to call a service guy out and let them take a look at it as some things require specialised equipment to troubleshoot.
