Question about Apple iPad 2 Wifi 16GB
Unfortunately you cannot, Google Play is a Google product and is specifically made for Android Devices like Samsung Phones and Tablets. However the Apple App Store and Google Play do hold some similar apps. If you are searching for a specific app I suggest looking for it on the App Store or simply Googling it (as ironic as it seams).
There is a very slim chance this will change in the future due to technical restrictions and the fact that are competing.
I hope this helps,

Even when you manage to put the Google play store app on your iPad, you won't be able to run any of the apps they sell there. You need an android tablet to run these apps.
