Question about Amazon Kindle 1
If Kindle and Amazon are saying there is a problem than there is. If you haven't used the cards with them for a while, go into your account and check the expiry dates. Our new cards come, but we often forget to update details online at sites like Amazon who hold your card details. If the dates and the number itself are OK, then check that the address on your credit card statement is EXACTLY the same as on your Amazon account. If all that checks out, contact your credit card company and ask whey the payment to Amazon was refused?
