Part 17 on this diagram is your drain trough. It is behind the evaporator. The frost melted during the defrost cycle drains through it into a tube. Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the inside of the freezer at the bottom of the rear cover.

get a shop vac and a condenser coil brush,you can buy it at any appliance or hardware store,you stick the brush into the coil and the dust sticks to it or falls apart onto the floor or i use a shop vac,one end vacs the other end blows,i vac up as much as i can and then blow the rest off of the coil,you can remove the bottom back panel and blow it to the back wall and then vac up the dust that blows to the back

Hello - To remove the toe grille you will need to have the doors of the refrigerator open, the grille simply snaps into place. Remove the right side first and then the left, as the water line is on that side. When replacing follow the steps in reverse.
