Question about Samsung Washing Machines

1 Answer

My Samsung front loader washer WF42H5600AW model# when it is in the last rinse and spin cycle will go down to 8-6 minutes then back up to 12-15 minutes and doesn’t go into a hard fast spin. I have cleaned front filter and trap, recalibrated, and ran a clean cycle with vinegar... any ideas on what it might be

SOURCE: excessive vibration during spin cycle

i guess u need to level it properly, and as i know, there is one or more bolts fixed at the back, the purpose for these bolts is to make a strong structure while shifting, then u must remove them for proper functioning......check the manual...wish u all the best..sam

SOURCE: excessive vibration during spin cycle

Chck to see that all (6) suspension springs are still attached. Check the plastic snubber ring below the mechanism and above the base plate for cracks or contamination.

SOURCE: How do i clean a filter of a whirlpool awm 5080 front loader

If you are talking about the drain pump strainer, you need to remove the lower front panel. should be 3 screws on the bottom facing forward. Once you have that off, the pump strainer is almost in the center, facing you. unscrew it counterclockwise to remove.

I have a front loader washer Kenmore Elite Model #796.40311900 that spins SLOW, not FAST as it should on spin. The digital readout works normally.

sounds like maybe drain filter is plugged and unit is not draining fast enough. if you have drain access in front pull it out and clean it.

Why won't my whirlpool model #LSR8233JQ0 go through the rinse cycle or the spin cycle

i have no info on this model, but if its a front loader then you will be looking at your drain pump motor as at the start of the rinse and spin cycles it will need to drain if it cannot it will not even attempt to continue on, so take that little drain pump cover off and have a look inside the propeller it may just be jammed up, if not it may be blocked somewhere along the hose or just a faulty pump altogether, if its a top loader you will be looking for the same thing but if it isn't the pump it will be the lid switch that senses the lid has been shut as all whirlpool top loaders must be able to activate the lid switch or else it cant spin (simply a safety feature to prevent injury), get back to me if you have any questions

Shutting down on rinse cycle

Hi this could means that you may need to replace the washing machine bearings. Once the bearings are bad, the motor overheats and it will automatically shut down after the first rinse.
