SOURCE: Lost phone
We really appreciate your question. However, there is no way you could get numbers as you have lost your old mobile alongwith sim.
The only solution would be, you can call the service provider and ask for all the call details. You can then remember which one of those belong to your friends or family members.
Any further help, let me know.
Thanks for using Fixya.

SOURCE: contacts lost
The first thing you should do is take out the batter and reinsert it.Sometimes this alone will fix the problem. It would seem unlikely that the sim card itself was destroyed. It is more than likely that the connection from the card to your phone has had one of the pins damaged. Take your phone to your service provider and see if they can upload the contacts from your sim card.

One way would be using Gmail.
First put your contacts into Gmail from your Mac - you can export from your address book and import in Gmail
Then on your phone, sync your contacts with Gmail
and voila - you're in business!

Try to remove battery for 10 min. If it still reboots its a hardware problem -return phone.
