Hi Sir

You Can Use The Itunes App To sync Your Ipad

Now , How to Sync iPad with iTunes 9.1?

There Are 4 Steps .

1. Connect your iPad with the USB cable.

2. Open iTunes and wait for it to recognize your iPad.

3. Depending on your configuration, auto-sync should begin.

4. If not, then manually select whatever features you like to sync your iPad with and press the Sync button.

That’s it! Like I said, it’s the same method like you sync your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Keeping Data Safe in iPad

With the evolution of iPad computing become more accessable at anywhere. In the IT industry iPad becoming the safest computing device to use. The hardware and software security combination of the iPad makes it more secure and safest computing device than Macintosh or PC. Recently no remote attacks are faced by the iPads, but the major security risk is physically losing the device.The passcode and encryption methods in iPad makes the data safe and secure.
With the use of data protection we can encrypt the e-mail messages and attachments. To enable the data protection go to Settings--> General-->Passcode Lock and then enter a four digit code twice.To make the passcode more safe tun off the Simple Passcode option on the same page then you can use longer codes. The passcodes can become more secure and strong by installing iPhone configuration utility.
Remote wiping is also another utility to delete data on a lost iPad when it connects to the internet.If you have MobileMe account, you can set this by
enabling My iPad in Settings--> Mail,Contacts,Calendars--> MobileMe.Corporate or Business users who are using Microsoft Exchange Server or Kerio Connect can use Exchange ActiveSync support to wipe their devices. All these things are managed on the server not on the iPad.So we will need to work with our IT administrator.
There is also availablity of secure email connection in iPad. Perfectly configured Microsoft Excange servers encrypt data by default. If you are using the IMAP or pop3 server and it supports SSL you can go to settings-->Mail,contacts, calendars-->youraccountname-->Advnace on iPad and enable it.
If you loose your iPad the first things you should do is change your password and deauthorize the device for any services such as Dropbox or iDisk that you used for connecting to it.

I cannot access old Outlook (2007) emails on my Ipad. I can get recent emails but how do I search and access old emails like I can in Outlook?

1)Press settings icon (the one with the cogs) 2) than scroll to Mail, Contacts, Calendar and press it. 3) Find your email account you want to modify and click it 4) find the section on the bottom that says "Mail Days to Sync and press the button 5) Now, you have limited options there, but you can pull email from 1,3 days or 1,2 weeks, 1 month or No Limit. If you click no limit it will pull your entire inbox. So, I might be careful in saying it will drain battery power. And or take room on your ipad away. So, if you have old emails with big attachments, be weary. Plus, depending if you are pulling all this mail over 3G you should take note of your data limits.
Hope that helps.

I have just got an iPad 32GB. I wish to move all my emails from my PC to the iPad i.e. my Outlook mail folders, all the emails in those folders etc. Can this be done ?

You will need to setup a Exchange mail account on your ipad to receive all the mail and calendar items that you see on your Outlook mail and calendar.
Here is how to add an exchange account:
. From the Home Screen, tap Settings
2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Select Add Account > Microsoft Exchange.
4. Now type into the following information:

* Email: your email address
* Username: your-Exchange-User-name
* Password: your-mail-password
* Description: It's Optional
* Server: ****.com

For your username, and server names, you will need to contact your company's IT department for the credentials. But your username is the one your IT dept. gives you for email access and password. exchange server name is the server address to access your mail.
