In the current scenario, the demand for ready made company has been dropped due to the introduction of online formation system. Though in few people it is still popular due to the various advantages of a ready made company.

Hello, Nova -

The laws regarding bonds can vary from country to country. You need to state the country where you reside for anyone to answer your question.

You can choose Comment and enter the name of your country of residence in the Comment box.

Also, Fixya.com, where you posted your question, is a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.

If I knew which country where you reside, I would try to find the information you seek, or direct you to a source of reliable information, as a kindness.

Best wishes.

With no legal document, such as a contract, there is no legal obligation to pay, as text messaging and word of mouth does not constitute a legally binding contract in the court's eyes. You can get an attorney and attempt to take them to court using the text messages, but given you can set a person's name and contact information in your phone manually, they will likely have it thrown out as it is too easy to fake and will likely be seen as non circumstantial. In short, I do not believe you have a case here, not without a legally binding contract.

You should always keep your receipt for a few years in case of situations like this. If you did not pay all that was owed YOU are responsible for the amount owed. You could ask for a waiver o fthe debt or part of it IF you have a good reason it was not paid.
