Clean the condenser coils, make sure the condenser fan is running. If it still doesn't work, you need a refrigeration engineer.

Did you Press and Hold the "Filter" button for 5 seconds?

Sometimes it is needed to defrost the inner parts of the fridge to unblock the ice that forms inside keeping the ventilator from working the proper way or even not turning at all. Keep the goods in a cooler while you turn it off and open the door to help defrost faster, you can also use an extra fan to help and make it faster.

Water valve may need replacing

Either damper that controls airflow from freezer to fridge is open too much, or it’s a thermostat / control board problem.

Check out the start relay/capacitor on compressor motor.

Depends on if compressor is running. If not, then probably a thermostat problem. If so, probably a sealed system blockage or leak.

Look at the back of your fridge by temoving lower vent / avross panel on outdide. Find the 12v power wires that are likely coming up from floor of compartmentn. They should go to a small terminal block. Make sure they are tight here, on both sides of the block.

Look closely in this area for a fuse holder, probably valued at 25 amps. Check this fuse, replace as necessary. If blown, can be caused by dc heater failing or converter may have surged while running on the shoreline.

Find the AC outlet where fridge is plugged into. See if it has a reset button on it, otherwise check bath and kitxhen outlets for an ourlet that resets the ground fault / earth leakage function. If this is tripped, may have been a surge when operaring on shoreline or generarator or a wiring problem could be present.

You may also have a bad mode switch, especially if frisge is gerting both 12vdc and ac power to it. Its not unusual for propane to continue to be able to operate since that is the preferred mode for most rv / caravan refrigerators.

First try removing as described by your manual (See below).

The glass may be stuck in the track. Small amounts of liquid may "glue" the glass to track.warm up the compartment by shutting power off and leaving door open. Use a round ended thin spreading knife. Wet it with warm water and try to slide it between the glass and the track. Work it along the crack until they separate with a gentle wiggle.

From the owners manual
Important information to know about glass shelves and covers: Do not clean glass shelves or covers with warm water when they are cold. Shelves and covers may break if exposed to sudden temperature changes or impact, such as bumping. Tempered glass is designed to shatter into many small, pebble-size pieces. This is normal. Glass shelves and covers are heavy. Use both hands when removing them to avoid dropping.

Refrigerator Shelves The shelves in your refrigerator are adjustable to match your individual storage needs. Glass Shelves To remove a shelf: 1. Remove items from the shelf. 2. Slide the shelf straight out to the stop. 3. Depending on your model, lift the back or front of the shelf past the stop. Pull the shelf out the rest of the way. To replace a shelf: 1. Slide the back of the shelf into the track in the wall of the cabinet. 2. Guide the front of the shelf into the shelf track. Be sure to slide the shelf in all the way.
