Televison & Video - Answered Questions & Fixed Issues

Hello Celia, indicate brand and model of what you are commenting, to find the best possible solution
For what you comment, on the vertical lines and that every time it becomes wider, I regret to tell you that it is very possible that this is failing one or two plates that are very difficult to change, at the risk of rendering the TV unusable or leaving it in worse conditions.
Consult a specialized technical service
I wait your answer

Doesn't sound good. Try unplugging it for awhile and then plug it in again. If it still isn't working take it for service or get a new TV.

are you talking about zoom screen...if it true....then this setting is only by remote...

About the only thing I can think of (other than the remote has failed), is you may have inserted the batteries in wrong or used dead batteries.

The TV likely does not have an internal amp or output circuit so no audio out connector. Check owner manual on line if it has one it may not be in an obvious place

The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; [Exclude the model number], in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

Who are you asking? Anyone reading this only has a vague idea of what you need. No specific APP is mentioned and in reality, your question should be directed at the maker of the APP, not on FixYa

Possible manual at link below. Registration required, so I did not verify it to be sure it is correct.

Your GE URC could be defective.

If known-good batteries were installed correctly, your new remote control could be defective.

It would help tremendously if posters on the Forum were to add the details of the device they are trying to get help with. As an example, instead of saying “How to replace my automobile’s backlight?” say “I’ve a Toyota Prius 2015 Model V, how do I replace the left side backlight?” See the difference? The Poster will get the help he or she is looking for much faster and accurately by doing so, since the first question will only beget more questions and the second question would get them Answers, quickly and effectively! :)

Unfortunately, you can not do a programmed recording with the PV-7450 without the remote. You can do a one-touch (current channel/time) recording. To do this, use the channel buttons to select the desired channel and make sure that a tape with the record tab is in the VCR. Then press Rec/Time (the right-most button) several times to select the recording length. Press Stop to end the recording.

To do a programmed recording, you need the Prog button on the remote. (You may be able to find a universal remote that matches the function if you try enough of the codes for Panasonic VCRs.) There is no matching button on the VCR front-panel.

This is shown in the manual for the Panasonic Omnivision PV-7450, https://www.manualslib.com/manual/305336/Panasonic-Omnivision-Pv-7200.html#product-Omnivision%20PV-7450 . See page 16 for the One-time recording feature. See page 18 for timed recording. I wish that I had better news for you.
