Line up the locating pins and make sure bag isnt sticking out anywhere around where the cover seals and close to up.

Hi, your refrigerator should be on a dedicated circuit meaning that any thing drawing any type of amperage should be plugged into another outlet.When the refrigeator/freezer is running, they draw a good amount of amperage.

I'm sorry to hear your DC44 Animal doesn't seem to be working correctly. If the green LED indicator on the machine lights up, but the machine itself doesn't run, this suggests the battery is flat. It could mean that it's not recharging correctly when connected to the docking station.

It would be worth temporarily disconnecting and removing the charger cord from the docking station and plugging it directly into the machine - the machine should recharge fully within 3.5 hours. If the machine then works as normal the charger cord may not have been corrected fitted to the docking station.

Your Rainbow E series has lost suction power, because you need a new hepa filter, ot your water basin gasket is messed up, or the center motor gasket is messed up or out of position.

Make sure your water basin is not cracked or broken, also.
