Hello there! PNC is 91460443901. 8kg washer & 6kg dryer.
E10 error means a problem with the water supply. Check water connections and drain hose of the rear side. Be sure that the water container fills after operation of the dryer. There is a small silicone / plastic tube on the back, maybe it needs cleaning...
Find below the link for the user manual of the machine, hope it will be helpful! Good luck!

F09 is "overflow failure" - check drain pump, pressure switch, blocked drain.
FA is the emergency shutoff switch that detects when water is pooling underneath the machine.

That error is for incoming water pressure. Makes sure water valves are wide open and hoses arent kinked. Might check inside hoses for lime build up on screens.

Hi. I found this link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcBosxT6Ujk although it's rather long and complicated. He does make the point, however, that often problems with a washing machine emptying are because the pump is blocked. Personally, rather than opening up the whole machine, I find it easier to tip the machine about 45° and get a plastic bowl underneath to catch the water when you take off the pump hose. To do this you will need pliers to open the spring clip on the relevant hose.
But, yes, it can be a lot of water, so it's better to keep the pipe ready to put back halfway through, so you can empty the bowl, then resume. Have fun!
Hope this helped.

E9 error code means pressure sensor failure. This sensor is used to know water level in the tub. The problem with the sensor requires a part replacement. IF under warranty have it serviced by a factory authorized service tech.

Reduce load size. Make sure machine and floor are level. Suspension rods may be worn.

Let it run and see if it finishes. Get an appliance repair pro to look at it. if this is a new machine it will be warranty covered.
