Not knowing which fuse is for the fog lights I believe I would have to check all of them. You could be having a problem with the switch or the wiring. I notice on the video above your headlights have to be on for your fog lights to work. I would check the wiring to the fog light plug and check for voltage. I would also check the wires on back of switch and see if you have voltage from the fog light switch.
I just had to change the connectors to the horn on my Chrysler 200 because corrosion/bad connection.

manual below, in the manual I am not seeing fuse for fog lights listed

there is a reported issue with wire harnesses.
this repair will require systematically working through.
My first guess would point to a module with a bad solder joint.

Check the horn wiring and fuse to be sure it's not blown. Check around the steering wheel if the horn will function when pressed in one spot or if it's completely dead regardless of where you press on the steering wheel. Could be the contacts are dirty or bad. This is more unusual than having the fuse blown or wiring come loose.

Press "NAV" to go to the main navigation menu.

Scroll down and select "System Settings"

Scroll down and select "Clock Setting"

Make sure "Show GPS Clock" is selected with a red check in the box.

I had to switch "Daylight Savings" from "ON" to "OFF" in order to bring the time back an hour. I assume that I'll just have to switch it back to "ON" in the Spring in order to move the time forward and hour.

I've never seen a video that will help. Do you have a frost plug that is corroded and leaking coolant? What I do is to take a suitable punch & hammer then carefully tap at one edge of the frost plug until it is driven inward enough so the coolant runs out. Once it has been carefully driven fully inward you can then grab it with a pair of pliers and pry it out. Do Not let it fall into the block and/or leave it there. The tough part is getting a new frost plug driven in place and sealed properly so it doesn't leak. If in doubt, let someone at a good repair shop do this one.

Do you have any service codes or a check engine light on? My guess is that the transmission is actually in the default 2nd gear - which seems like first gear - and if there aren't any service codes other than gear ratio error codes then the transmission will need to be removed and repaired.

Odds are about 98% that you'll need to remove the transmission and have it rebuilt. My guess is that you have a broken clutch drum or bad drive discs. Pretty common failure.
