Make sure there is air flow between the two. The freezer cools the refrig. Make sure there is nothing blocking the vents

check that the drain hole is not blocked,in the freezer compartment,i use a piece of curtain wire to clear it

Take out the ice bucket and check the metal arm and make sure it moves freely. Ice may have gotten stuck.

Hi, newer refrigerators have a small fitting at the end of the drain hose from the freezer. You need to remove the compressor cover,take the fitting off the hose and thro it away. If dust gets into it,it gets clogged and backs up into the freezer and freezes under the drawer. You also have to take off the back panel in the freezer so you can remove the ice that built up and covered over the drain opening. Hope that helps.
