Does it rattle after it warms up? If so, your lifters could be loose.

168 is a High Voltage. If it continues you may be having a voltage regulator about to or already gone bad.

pull the sensor out on flywheel side turn the engine till the v lines up with that hole set all 4 lines on cam sprockets straight across with i and e up and the lobes facing away from each other Ignition timing is done by the ECU and can't be adjusted; camshaft and balance shaft timing done during engine build-up

If the shocks are worn out, get off the machine and lift up on the back rack. This takes up the slop between the shifter box and the transmission, and usually allows me to shift. I also had an issue with the thin steel plate behind the shifter box. Got a crack in the top , so it was flexing, creating more slop. Welded it shut, good as new.
