The first one you see (rotating the flywheel in the correct direction) will be the actual timing mark, The second one will be TDC (Top Dead Center) - this is the position the crankshaft must be in/on when assembling the engine/timing the camshaft.

That wrench means you need to service it check for spark check oil level (some have a safety deal in it) check if your getting fuel check your air cleaner

Need to adjust the throttle cable by the little nuts in line up by throttle and for idle there should be a screw on side of carb up above the over flo screw (which is on the bottom of the bowl)it will be right above the bowl start it up and turn the screw one way will make it idle up the other way idle down

You will need to find the VIN number stamped on the bear cat's frame. You should be able to use this to source the vehicles original details when it was first registered. The VIN number is a set of 17 letters and numbers. Silly questions! Is this a kick or button start? Is there a security 'Dead' switch fitted to the ATV that you have left on? Have you changed the actual spark plug? Is the Battery fully charged? Turn all the other features off that you can on the ATV before you start it. This stops any other drains on the voltage at starting.
