fuel system clogged someplace or bad fuel in tank

wired wrong to injectors ? timed wrong maybe

light sw shorted . replace or clean connections in sw. may have bare wires but sw is prolly corroded

u plug what in ? i dont understand question. put it in neutral turn sw on not off. turn gas on pull compression release and pull rope to start. how new is this atv .may have key may not. check owners manual if u have one or go online and get one for your atv that will help you when starting.

If you have a spark and it will start on starting fluid it is a fuel problem. If not you have a ignition problem. Check all switches and connections. Check neutral safety switch.

most likely a bad sending unit in the fuel tank replace it

sounds like something is shorted to ground probably got a shorted stator take the three yellow wires coming off the stator and check if any of the three are grounded out if any of them does replace stator

what is it doing? you said starting. like is it not cranking over? because you mentioned the charging system. or is it not firing up when it cranks over? because you also mentioned starting system.

Remember it is only a 250 but a couple things will cause that problem I have found that 2 stroke engines tend to stop up the exhaust pipe try taking it off replace it with a shorty pipe to test it if it runs like a striped ape the pipe is probably stopped up take out the baffle and clean pipe and muffler good reassemble then there is the chance that it is low on compression this would constatute a top end rebuild

could be a bad front differential 500 on ebay or possibly related to the no pwer to ins cluster. fix the cluster first and see what happens. red wire for power to the cluster wiring harness and connectors could be disconnected or unplugged or rusted connection causing both issues
