Sounds like the nuetral detect switch is bad or the wiring to it is cut. This sensor is on the transmission hub.

Still sounds like the pilot system in the carb is not clean... these are TINY passages.. several of them too! .. some hidden by blind plugs that have to be removed to properly clean the carb!!! If you are not sure how to do this.. take it to a professional!!!!

It could be just condensation which is normal. Once the motor heats the baffles in the muffler it will go away. If you notice a smell of raw gas...the fuel float could be stuck and leaking. If that is the case you will certainly smell it. If no gas odor is present, you should be fine.

that would be max rated, it will drop from there depending on age, mechanial condition, temperature, altitude, grade of petrol etc

you have a pinched wire someplace in your wire harness. maybe a melted spot also could cause wire shorting out to ground on frame. anything you had loose lately. under gas tank , wires got against exhaust pipe, wires rubbed bare from wear ? broken wire in harness could cause it.

How long does it run before you get bubbles? Sounds like the line is too close to something hot enough to boil the fuel, what mechanics call "vapor lock" Reroute the line or insulate it.

Well its a pump their isn't really a vacuum their is pressure do to v.o.c's but not enough to push fuel to the engine it needs to be pumped out at about 60 p.s.i
