Puff Dec 13, 2022 That would be your starter take a screw driver and place it on positive and negative on Starter Relay and if it turns over, check fuses then relay. If it doesn't turn over its your starter. Sorry it is nearly 9 years late in 'Puff' answering. :>D

The CDI box could be bad or the coil could be breaking down so maybe a new coil would fix you up they only run around 20$ cdi box on the other hand can cost an easy 100$ or better you might also try changing the oil but make sure to buy kinda thick oil cause it's cold out

its to do with the clutch not realeasing needs a strip and rebuild

check the dashboard bulb could be blown.

Make sure you are getting good compression and a good spark

starter throwout bearing or squirrel caught in chain

You might have a cracked piston ring or might be burning oil.

water in the transmission? drain and check fluid

disconnect part's of your harness until the fuse dos not blow any more and it will be in that section of the harness where the short is. when all else fails you could put a paperclip in where the fuse goes and wait for smoke........ please do not do this until you are ready to set fire to it because it will probably start a fire......

you have a short somewhere, good luck finding it. not much we can do to help you, just going to take perserverance with a multimeter.

relay for cooling fan triggered by sensor...low oil shut off switch..defect ignition switch or module

do you have power at coil

Sounds like the starter solenoid is bad.

Check to see if you have significant voltage to solenoid and check that you have a solid frame ground. Hope this helps.

Is it air or liquid cooled?Check fan, fan switch.

bad brake pads

contact maker, or their forum,. it's best.

Check the choke and fuel filter.

Use a test light at the contactor to see if the switch and wiring are good.If you see an input from the switch up to the contactor,make sure the connections are all clean on the control input terminals at the contactor.(The contactor is the device that changes the polarity of 12V to the winch to extend or retract-essentially a double throw double pole relay).
