Check your oil filter, blow air through the lines to the rad. make sure the motor isnt running lean too. (red hot exhaust)

bad gas...caused carb contamination...probably water in the reserve part of the tank (which comes from ethanol separating in the gas...drain the tank (reserve side too)...open the drain screw on the bottom of the carb...re-fill and try again...
