I recently installed a battery in my 1989 trail boss 250 2x4 and wired a winch in and now every once and awhile it bogs down goes to a ruff idle and no rev i need help i retraced all the wiring and cant...

run the fault codes
possible tat the winch is wired in correctly and is not allowing the alternator to fully charge the electronic system

Having problems getting it started,250 p0lais Trail Blazer,once it is running runs great. itll fire and fire but wont run, went hard on the starter,pull coke,push choke in,then itll fire repeatedly but...

take carburetor apart and do a good deep clean. also check valve clearance.

Does a 1992 polaris trail boss 250 2x4 need a cooling fan, once ido find a used one how do you wire it to this bike

A 250 probably doesnt need a cooling fan unless you're hauling heavy loads slowly in hot weather.

There are several places you can go on the web that have free atv repair/owners manuals. The owners manuals usually have a wiring schematic on or towards the last page also trouble shooting diagrams with instruction in them.

Type in your search bar: atv polaris (year) model:trailblazer/500cc.
