Ever put a clutch in? 100% sure you have the discs in right? It could very well be that it is adjusted too tight and won't release the clutch. Usually happens when you go from a bad bad over adjusted clutch to a nice new one.

Raptor 80 started turns but does not engage motor

sounds like the starter clutch is bad. the rollers get worn or the sprag gear gets worn so it will not grab and start the motor. check that out. you will have to take the engine side cover off to see it.

Can somebody help with clutch not engaging, starter works won't fire

if its semi automatic then youll need to rebuild the clutch which is inside the motor. if its not semi automatic, then pull the top end off where the clutch cable goes into the top end, and there will probably be a broken spring. or you just need a new clutch cable
