    can't figure out the air adj settings ?

    in the beginning it would go full speed/ put in new plug / cked vent on carb / cleaned carb / didn't really see any problem / put carb back on and now cant get it to idle properly / this is a 97 big bear 350 / tnks

Sounds like your mixture was leaned out because ur filter was cloged up ...making it run rich so was adjusted by screwing air screw out, now uv cleaned it, adjust it to make mixture richer by screwing back in until runs smotherly

If the CV Joints are new and correctly inserted, the most likely culprit for the noise would be the brakes. Remove the front wheels and turn the hub.

It could also be the front differential, or failed wheel bearings. Details in the link.
