Assuming your diagnosis is good, how about the fuel filter and/or fuel pump?

I think you can buy a mount for underneath the machine and then use the winch to raise the blade. I have a plow I use on my arctic cat atv. I never considered moving it to my razor because it works great on my atv. Hope it helps.
