Hi Omer this is normal for many of these off road machines it is caused by cold air being vacuumed up the exhaust once the throttle is released. It causes noise like thunder where warm air collides with cold. If the exhaust system is good with no leaks thers nothing that can be done. Regards Jim...
My lawn tractor with a Kawasaki engine had the same problem. I found that the linkage for the gas throttle had a lot of dirt on it and would not let the throttle close completely. So when I shut off the warm engine, gas leaked into the cylinder. It would take a lot of cranking to start. When it did start, the exhaust put out black smoke.
Is your choke working OK? Even in the summer time a cold engine needs a littel choke...more gas than air to get started. But you don't need to keep the choke on for very long in the summer since the engine warms up faster. You could try some carb cleaner or even taken the carb off and cleaning it good because it sounds definitely like a fuel problem so it was a good idea to check the pump and filter.
It is possible. I have had CDI's only act up when the motor has run for over 30 min and only when I am on the throttle hard. Then acts normal when cool again. They can do odd things. You have to check everything else out to eliminate them.
my 2008 artic cat 700EFI starts and runs fine till it warms up real good then it misses and kills I've changed the voltage reg the sparkplug even the intake boot it will only keep running if I keep the throttle open but still runs ruff I get an "E" message but no details as to why or what it means
