Pilot jet may be t o small or your air screw isn't adjusted right try turning the air screw in all the way then turn out 1full turn test and adjust until it runs good if that doesn't fix it the pilot jet will need to be cleaned or brought up one size hope this will help you good luck
fully locked with a bridge in this case, still carrying the wheels atv `s straight-in this case, you need to shift your weight forward. Have I got correctly still understand that you are behind the wheel locked and the atv is not enough to turn while driving?
the tow is out on it take a tape measure and go from tire to tire read what it say at the front and then go too the back of the tire and on the same tread location like in the front read the back on it ....so say u have 16.5 inch on front and maybe 16.25 on back u want both these numbers the same so the wheels are fighting each other
