I have a Gator 620i special edtion started running hot, fan comes on but gets to where it wont hardly run checked radiator over flow stays the same level. any suggestions

Even though the overflow is full, the radiator could be empty. You need to remove the radiator cap and make sure it is full to the top. If you find the fluid level is low in the radiator, that would indicate there is a leak in the hose between the radiator and the overflow tank.

My bayou 250 only runs as long as the start button stays pushed so can I run hot wire to coil to keep it running

A new starter relay for that model runs only about $10. Fix it right...replace the relay!

Why does engine overheating light come on after only a few minutes without fan ever turning on?

There are 2 sensors for temperature. One near T stat housing for ECU reading. Other one in water passage for the light. The ECU turns the fan on by tripping the fan relay. The light comes on to tell you it's too hot. Check fan to make sure it turns. Check fan fuse to make sure it's not blown. Unplug fan motor and hot wire it to make sure it runs. If it does, locate fan relay and swap it with one of the others with the same numbers on it to see if fan comes on when engine heats up. If fan cycles normally the temp light sensor is probably bad.

Getting hot fan not coming on when needed times it does and it stays cool times it don't and it gets hot and have to shut it off wait a little bit I've change the thermo and sens

Sounds like the fan motor is bad. If there is power to it, It should work all the time. Maybe you can oil it to see if this works. God-Bless!
