Idle speed ajustment on Polaris 700 twin . Stalls when at Idle.
Throttle stop screw.
On the left side of the vehicle, looking in at the carburetor, notice a screw pointing straight down near the bottom of the carb, slightly forward.
Turn the throttle stop screw clockwise to increase idle, counterclockwise to decrease idle. It is best to adjust the idle while at operating temperature, but be careful, it's hot in there! just bring it up until it smooths out.
Do not overcompensate to mask something more serious like a cracked or weathered intake manifold.
It is not an issue of 'If' the intake will fail, It is 'When' it will fail. Just fix it before it fails you at a less convenient time. Not good on a trip I can tell you that.
