Undo linkage rod and remove from tranny end move reverse lever to neutral position hookup linkage rod and adjust

You are going to have to adjust the linkage from shifter to tyran they all stretch over time had it happen many times on the Polaris.

Yes there is - and it gets stuck at times. It does on mine anyway. Work up in garage and see if problem goes away.
