Could be lots of things, spark plug, cable, coil, pickup coil, switches, relays. after all those are checked (spec'd to the service manual with a meter, dont slack all the steps!!) then I'd consider bad CDI.
Probably the ECM, if you have a good, charged battery, spark plug, wiring is not damaged, and kill switches are in "run".

I assume you have good battery voltage, have checked the spark plug, kill switch is in the run position. Many times, if the bike has been sitting and the battery has died, if you tryed to jump it off, it probably shorted the ECM (engine control module). It happens often.
