Why is my 01 polaris 325 magnum getting gas in the crank case?

Im somehow getting gas inside the case after I start and run it for more than 5 minutes..

If you are finding gas in the crank case, the most possible reason there is a crack in the motor case or cylinder wall, or bad ring or cylinder.

I have a 2001 polaris magnum 325 . it starts and runs fine for about 15 minuets then lose spark let sit for 10 minuets and it will restart . ive replaced the stator ;coil ;voltage regulator;cdi box

check conections on new parts just had that deal new cdi had one wire that pushed out just enough to lose contact. sounds strange but it happens.

Try changing the spark plug. A bad plug will drive you nuts.

Ligths on polaris 325 magnum wont work,could it be related to the ignition switch?

Motorcycles and ATVs have load sheading relays which switch lights and ancillaries off when the engine is cranked, if the relay has stuck or burnt out the lights will not work. I have had this problem with a BMW K750

Polaris 325 magnum spark plug change

The spark plug is on the left side (shifter) of the head,,..?/ this is August.. if the atv has been sitting the carb may need a qualified professional to clean it again.. Replace the spark plug before you squirt anything in the engine...

By straight work g fan is not a repair. The fan running constant will cause it to fail prematurely. You should replaced faulted electrical component.
