I have a 1995 polaris 350L trail boss. it had sat for 2 years. I cleaned the carb and put new gas in it. it started up. well then the throtel stuck so I took the carb of again and cleaned it it out.
Does the slide move up and down in the carb? It should move freely up and down.. Have a professional clean and set the carb!!!
