Normally cooling fan starts after temperature rises above set limit by vehicle manufacturer, till engine coolents cools down. As you say thermostat & relay(coil) is ok. Now you have to check thermostat contact point To relay point connectivity. When temparature rises relay switches to start cooling fan, either a contact failure or wire rusted at one of parts.
bad plug? bad plug wire boot ? dirty pickup coils inside eng.. bad grnd @ coil ? loose wiring ? bad wiring ?start w/these and you will prolly find dirty or loose @ 1 of the above. check plug gap?
I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer... rest is up to u.. U can also get free manual works fine .
