that noise is 1 of your belts. there is 3 belts on it. and with the power steering noise I think it is your power steering belt needs to replaced or agjusted

Mine done the same thing and mine was the ballast.I tried the bulbs first as you did and didnt work .I found the ballast and the igniter at a great price together on ebay and replaced both and they work great now!!

Have you done the testing at the starter wiring your not receiving hot to the solenoid circuit on the starter when the key is turned over? Place a test light on the connector for solenoid hot and have some one turn the key if it lights check for constant voltage on the large wire connection from the battery to the starter. If that's all working your starter is bad.

I had the same problem recently with a 2000 acura 3.2tl. I found the code on the bottom side of my hood. I read somewhere that it may be on the underside of the fuse box under the hood but it wasn't. There is a label on the underside of the hood just look for the 5 digit code that all the numbers are under 6 and that should be it, thats how mine was at least.

Your navigation code and radio codes writed on stikers on glovebox. Just open your glovebox and look on left side of gloivebox, not inside but outside. Open glovebox and look on left side. On my 2005 Acura RL NAV and Radio codes is different but it both on glove box. Sometime you even need to remove your glovebox cover to see those codes.

you need to get serial # ON RADIO and then call dealer they can look up code with correct serial #

best bet is to get the codes read. You prabably have one in either the Security or the PCM module. One thing you havn't said is if you charged the battery up or had it tested.. The clicking from a module could be a sign of a weak battery

Check the freezing point of the coolant you are removing just to make sure the coolant is antifreeze.Usually you would refill with full strength coolant if just draining and refilling the rad.
