Does it have spark at the plugs ?

If none of the headlights burn I would suspect the switch . Can you test for power and ground to the sockets ? I would rather eliminate all fuses and wiring, connection issues first .

Instrument cluster ,it's not really running hot . Did you use an LCD Infrared Thermometer, Laser Sighting: Dual, -58° to 1472° Temp. Range to see actual temp of the engine , hook up a scan tool that can view coolant temp sensor data . What does it show engine temp is , does the PCM - engine computer energize the cooling fan ? Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop .

  1. To adjust the push rod length, first remove the master cylinder from the power booster.
  2. Using a pair of pliers, turn the push rod adjusting not in to shorten and out to lengthen the push rod.
  3. If the push rod is nonadjustable, use shims between the master cylinder and power booster to shorten it.

I believe the chime may be tied into the radio, since the chime is heard through the drivers door speaker. Did you replace the factory radio? That may have caused it. Or if the factory radio isn't working it could be that.

Make sure that the positive battery cables are clean and tight. Sometimes one cable will have power which will give you lights and the other no power to start and run the engine.

Why are you checking wss, was there a code, if so, what was the code number?
I don't have the exact ohms spec for that component, on your vehicle? The generic spec says 450--2200ohms. You can check reading on your other wss, see if readings are close to the same?
You can use digital multimeter on the sensor terminals, sensor unplugged, spin the rotor, take reading. Meter set on ac mv, 50--700mv. The reading may differ depending on how fast you spin it. You can do same at other tires.

You will need to purchase a separate module that will allow the factory options that originally are routed through the radio to still work. Believe it or not, many GM vehicles will not start with the factory radio removed unless the separate emulator installed.
