2016 Chrysler 300S. Where is the TCM located in it please?

https://www.300cforums.com/threads/where-is-the-tcm-located.280652/ The TCM is located behind the trim panel, below and to the left of your steering column. If you have a factory amplifier, the TCM is the black box to the right of the amp. https://www.google.com/search?q=2016+Chrysler+300S.+Where+is+the+TCM+located //

OMG both backwards double the destruction. the battery must be disconnected pulling NEG LUG on battery, removing any alternator or that huge 50 t0 150 amp fuse is blown up! and if that fuse is a fuseable link it burns and makes tons of smoke. yes do check all fuses for sure the big ones yes a bad alt, 3phase diode block can short and blow that silly 100amp fuse by DESIGN. this prevents main harness fires and worse into fuel. good luck finding causes. engine not told . Could be worn wheel bearings or worn brake pads / loose shims. Take to a garage. They will get it up on a hoist and check.

In addition, if the light begins to flash after the bulb check, it indicates that someone used an invalid RKE transmitter to start the engine. Either of these conditions will result in the engine being shut off after two seconds. Check the shift cable where it attaches to the transmission. While moving the shifter, watch to see if the transmission is moving. If not, then check the connection on the shifter lever.

2009 Chrysler 300. The rear jerks when easing off the gas at 60 mph?

This is a rear-wheel drive vehicle. You probably have a worn part with a lot of backlash. One likely culprit is a U-joint in the driveshaft, but a worn gear inside the differential could also cause the problem. A loose wheel could also do it (a very dangerous condition). Begin by inspecting the wheel lug nuts. If any are missing or loose, you should probably replace the lug bolts because they've been hammered by the wheel knocking back and forth. If the wheels are OK, put the back end of the car up on jackstands (with the front wheels securely blocked), the parking brake OFF, and the transmission in Park. Try to turn the driveshaft sections by hand. Watch to see where any slop or side play occurs. In particular, if you note any crunchy or grinding feel in the driveshaft, check the U-joints carefully. Also, try turning the rear wheels while they are off the ground. It would be normal for the wheel on the other side to turn in the opposite direction, but it would not be normal to have a lot of loose travel before the wheel stops or the other wheel to start turning. That would indicate a worn differential. Also check for side or end play in the wheel bearing.

My chrysler 300 wont shift out of 2nd gear

elloThe engine and transmission in this cars drive train are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant teperature sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL THE DIAGNOSIS & TESTING IS COMPLETED.

Chrysler 300. What can I do to get code P0733 fixed on it please?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. This is one where you need a specialist. The P0733 code means that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected something unusual with the ratio of the third gear in the vehicle's transmission. This will usually have to happen multiple times before a trouble code will be stored.
