Sounds like a transmission valve body failure. Could be the solenoid as well, you might as well replace that as long as you're in there. Is the check engine light on? Some auto parts stores will scan it for free.

Buy a can of electrical switch cleaner and spray both the male and female connectors on all those items involved. If that doesn't fix it, you need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer who can scan for communication issues and record the Live Data as it happens and what made the electronic throttle indicator light come on. https://dashboardsymbols.com/2010/11/electronic-throttle-control/ Electronic Throttle Control Indicator This is the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Indicator symbol. Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Dodge Ram. If it is an aftermarket remote starter it will be that, but you mentioned you replaced the WIN module. Unfortunately the 'let's try replacing this' method of car mechanics is expensive and seldom works. You diagnose and then you fix. With issues like you have, you connect a Pro Grade $5,000 scan tool computer, and it tells you exactly where the issue is as the machine communicates with all the modules and the TIPM. Google 'mobile auto electrician' and one will come to you. It will be a lot cheaper than the dealership. We have a pro tech here who happens to be a top grade auto-electrician. Hopefully Jeff Armer will be along soon, but he is likely to tell you the same thing, you need a professional. Some things you can fix yourself, some you can't and this is one of them.

Stuck contacts inside the ASD relay maybe or bad ignition switch . Pull the plastic cover from around the upper steering column an disconnect the wiring connector from the ignition switch an see if it stops running then . Find ASD relay in the under hood fuse box an replace it .

Is the engine making allot of noise when it wont shut down, like a loud knocking noise?

You should not be giving out advice when you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. All dodge Chrysler Jeep products have automatic relearn on the TPMS system. Solid light means low tire pressure flashing light means one or more sensors are not working correctly or you just have installed new sensor on the vehicle and it needs to be relearned. On these make vehicles all you do is drive the vehicle up to 15 mins but usually will go out within 2 minutes

How do you reset what on the 2011 ram 1500?

Just because it doesn't set DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes , doesn't mean it can't have a problem with a OBD2 sensors , fuel system problem etc .... Taking the vehicle to a qualified technician that knows how to interpret sensor data an systems data should be done . 004 Fuel System Tests Start Here 003 Engine Peformance Tests Scan Data Tests Could it be the transmission or fuel pump??? We test ,not guess ! Take it to a qualified repair shop.

IF you give the VIN number to the dealer and they look it up, it would have AHT or AHX option IF THE WIRING IS PRESENT.
