My 2005'hyundia Tuscan no ac no heater no defrost new blower motor and new resister still nothing

P1613 trouble code. When you start the engine, the TCM (transmission control module) sends a test signal along the wire to the ECM (engine control module) it uses to request the check engine lamp. P1613 indicates that the test signal voltage is more than 120% of battery voltage.

I'd recommend clearing the code to see if it comes back. It's possible this was a one-time error. If it does come back, it'll be very difficult to diagnose. The problems could be:
1. Improper signal from TCM (defective TCM)
2. Improper signal measurement in ECM (defective ECM)
3. Irregular feedback from an actuator that causes bleed-over into this signal circuit in either the ECM or TCM.

The last case of this I recall was a defective TCM

Your alarm is activated and deactivated by the use of the FOB...

Think about it this way; If you have a house alarm, does it turn off by itself just because you opened the front door? No, of course not, you need to then enter the code to deactivate the house alarm.

Same thing with the FOB, it cancels the alarm.

tcsd and abs work of sensors on all wheels so check for wiring and connections brake light ( on dash) can be low fluid level in the brake reservoir, hand brake still on run the fault codes to find exact codes that are putting the lights on

Two seperate problems. I would say you have a bad wheel sensor. A trip to a local big chain parts store will tell you. They will run a diagnostic and pull the code for free. Hope this helps...

No, the way to get in is to call a locksmith. They slip an air bag between the door and frame to open the edge a half inch and then insert a bendy rod to pop the lock. It takes 5 minutes. Or you can buy them from Home Depot and it will take you 30 minutes.

Keep in mind that ABS components, other trouble codes, and aftermarket tires may be responsible for this code being stored by the PCM. Take time and complete a thorough diagnosis before replacing the vehicle speed sensor.

Use a good scan tool which should identify the failing sensor/circuit when the vehicle stalls,so you can do the correct repair.

Check the power to the cluster with your multimeter. You may find a broken wire within the loom.

Is it possible that the battery isn't fully charged? The interlock is electro-mechanical. Turning the ignition on and putting for foot on the brake should release the shifter lock as you said. For starting issues you need to connect a scan tool and check for DTCs.

You have a short to ground. It is normally wiring in the harness that is subbed through somewhere on it journey to the items covered by the fuses. For all those, I would check behind the fuse box. Are you sure it is covering all those? And the fuse box diagram agrees that is multiple fuses :>)
