Firing order for 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe engine 2.7
The firing order is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Stand with the engine's belts and pulleys nearest to you and the transmission furthest away.
The Left side of the V is the odd numbers. Number 1 nearest to you, number 3 in the middle and number 5 furthest away from you.
The Right side of the V is the even numbers. Number 2 nearest to you, number 4 in the middle and number 6 furthest away from you.
If yours has the single coil block for all six spark plugs the three plugin points run as pairs. They are cylinders 1 then 4, 2 then 5 and 3 then 6. Commonly working left to right with the plug in ports pointing upwards.

Santa Fe fuel cutoff switch
The fuel cutoff switch is located on the drivers side strut tower next to the brake master cylinder. press down on the top rubber part and you should hear a click.

It is sort of a guess, but your headlights are powered from the battery and cause a drain when on, so the regulator provides extra volts to compensate the battery charge being depleted.
Except your question heading says 'not to charge'. The question body says 'why the alternator is charging when I turn the headlights on'? Should that be 'why the alternator is NOT charging when I turn the headlights on? If that is the case, you need an auto electrician.
